Good Profit presented a proposal for the repurposing of a naval armory, the only one of its kind in New York State, to the New Rochelle City Council. The Echo Bay Armory accomplishes this mission of city rejuvenation by providing people of all backgrounds with an outlet for regional and affordable fresh foods, either bought raw or cooked by legendary chef Jeremiah Tower. New Rochelle residents can find employment, education and entertainment at the Armory, and veterans will enjoy a historic landmark saved from destruction, which has services tailored to meet their needs and interests.

Good Profit is a connector. Good Profit assembled and worked with an experienced and interested team of architects, engineers, lawyers, social entrepreneurs, and designers to develop the project into a highly professional, highly attainable future-focused effort.
The power and effectiveness of collaboration between inspired leaders in different practices to accomplish social and economic change is a lesson Good Profit has felt throughout the Armory process. These kinds of collaborations are vital for the future of any progressive organization, government or city.
